The business has transformed since 2012 when the doors first opened at 56 Tamar Street, Launceston. What has not changed is our mission to bring skin, health and wellness together through our choice of product and experiences. We always have, and will be focused on your mental and physical well-being as well as the health of our team and we achieve this through our choice of music, lighting, flooring, ambiance, aromas, plants, crystals, and subtle dampening of EMFs (electromagnetic fields) throughout. Everything you are looking for has and is happening to me. I am able to talk about my health challenges in detail if you have the time. I might cry a little, there’s a lot of grieving for me atm too but I will be ok.
I am about to turn 52, I have 9 and 11 year old daughters who I sole parent. I really worry about my health and being able to care for my girls.

I noticed that I suffer all the other symptoms. I never make it to bed properly, something is on my mind, yet never know what.
My stomach has been all over the place recently, bloated caught up & noisy.
I make many attempts to stabilize water intake , morning walks & self care,

I would love this. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2019 and have had two mastectomies since. They got all the cancer and I am very thankful. I am currently going through the process of expansion but before I can get the implants I have to lose as much weight as possible. I am currently 32kgs overweight. I have joined a gym and am trying to do it the healthy way but it i go well for awhile then lose focus it seems. I am only 56yrs but with all the doctors appointments that come along with the first 5yrs of a cancer diagnosis, sometimes I feel 70. I would really appreciate some help in getting me motivated and feel good about myself again xx

Hello. My story now is post failed surgeries, weight gain, peri-menapause, fluid retention, underactive thyriod issues and a life journey of excitement turned to a stressful situation. In all honesty I can make those around me see my life as one of years happiness and success, however secretly my journey and daily reality is a struggle that seems relentless and never ending. We, mostly women, are masters of this and I doubt my story is much dissimilar to others. I pursue trying to be positive and encouraging to those around me in the hope that this will lift me too. Oh, I felt so distressed reading this.
It was like speaking to myself in the mirror.
I miss me so much, but I just don’t know how to get back to her.
I tried a gym membership this year & started seeing a psychologist but it’s all so overwhelming and I don’t know how I got to this point.
