Cinergee’s treatments are very popular and can book up fast, therefore it is recommended that you book in advance to ensure you can secure a time that best suits you. We also have a waitlist available online where you can put preferred times and dates and we will do our best to accommodate you
Keeping Your Appointment
We understand that schedules can change, when you book an appointment at Cinergee, we set that time and therapist aside just for you. We often turn away other guests that are desperate for an appointment because we are fully booked. If you cancel with late notice it inconveniences the many other guests that are on a waiting list to get in. Please be aware if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
Clients who cancel or reschedule appointments within less than 24 hours notice will be required to pay a 50% cancellation fee.
We always try to offer our guests the very best service and in keeping with this, we are able to send an email (if provided) 3 days prior to your appointment and a text reminder to your mobile phone a day or two before your appointment. You can simply text back “Yes” or “No” to confirm your booking. You can even keep the message on your phone so you know when your appointment is. This is a hugely popular service with our guests and they have told us how nice it is to get a quick reminder before their appointment. Please enjoy this extra level of service.
If you are a new guest at Cinergee, attached to your reminder text is a link to fill out your consultation form. Please do this prior to your appointment.
It is highly recommended you arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first appointment to allow time to complete the consultation form and begin to relax. If you are having one of our amazing Spa Packages as a group, we suggest you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to allow time for everyone to settle, catch up for a chat, enjoy the food and drinks (if applicable) then complete the consultation form and enjoy a rejuvenating herbal tea before your journey begins.
We will always endeavour to accommodate you where possible, however arriving late may unfortunately reduce the time of your treatment.
If you are lucky enough to have a gift voucher when booking your treatment, please quote the ‘gift voucher’ number and ensure you have it with you on arrival otherwise full payment of service will be requested.
To get the most from your treatment it is important you relax, and to assist in this process, please turn off your mobile phone on arrival.
We love kids, but in order to ensure that all our guests receive the absolute most from their treatment we ask that children under the age of 10 years not be bought into the business. Many of our guests use their time with us to escape the pressure of family and truly unwind. It is hardly fair on guests if they are trying to enjoy a treatment and another guest’s child is detracting from their experience. Further, we have hot wax and electrical equipment that may pose a safety risk for small children.
If you have children and are unable to arrange care during the day, make the most of our evening appointments and all day Saturday trading to give yourself a break from the kids, and kick back and enjoy a bit of “you” time.
At Cinergee we invite you to completely relax and unwind in our child-free environment. We love kids, but what we love more is our many many guests that are mums & dads relishing a little time out!
Your health is important to us. All too often in our industry we hear from guests from other business’s that have suffered minor and major conditions due to poor hygiene. Ranging from eye infections during poor tinting practices to tinea through poorly sterilised areas, folliculitis from lack of skin cleansing or dirty wax and wax pots and the list goes on. We take pride in protecting your health with our hygiene standards and policies. Take a look at our wax pots, trolleys and floors – then take a look at others around!
Also now that we are post-Covid and it still exists within the community, please advise us if you are unwell so we can reschedule your appointment – you will not be penalised for this, but we still do ask that you advise us the previous day at least so we can give your appointment to someone on the waiting list. We would like to keep everyone safe, both ourselves and other guests, so please do not arrive if you are unwell
