Benefits of Pink Clay
Pink clay is a combination of white and red clay, so it contains all the benefits of both. White clay (kaolin) is very beneficial for oily skin, it helps to control oil production, it is also an excellent choice for dry and sensitive skins. Red clay is used for mature skin that needs improvement in elasticity and boost in collagen products. Mix some pink clay with the Orange Blossom Floral Water to form a paste. To give a little smoother, richer consistency then add a very small amount of the Avocado Oil OR the Shea Butter. Some clays dont like oils added, so some experimentation maybe required here. Apply to the face when ready and remove after around 10 minutes with a clean luke-warm face washer. Do not allow the mask to dry, so if you are not adding a little bit of oil – realise that it will dry much quicker.
Avocado oil also has numerous benefits, largely related to its content of antioxidants and healthy fats. It is known to improve skin and enhance wound healing. The fatty acids in avocado oil appear to be beneficial for your skin. Particularly inflammatory conditions like psoriasis. It is a fabulous antioxidant and therefore neutralises free radicals. great to use as an all over body moisturiser for dryer skins and throughout winter to nourish. Apply to your body after you finish your bath.
Orange Blossom Water
Orange blossom oil is also known as neroli essential oil. Here are the Orange Blossom water benefits and uses:
