Our 2 salt blend is a mixture of magnesium sulphate, sodium bicarbonate and borax.
The two main ingredients of Epsom salt are magnesium and sulfate. It is believed the combination of both ingredients stimulates detoxification pathways. Magnesium is a natural substance that aids a variety of bodily functions, including the removal of toxins. Sulfate can strengthen the walls of the digestive tract and make releasing toxins easier.
Sodium bicarbonate has been shown to have antifungal properties and may help reduce irritating germs. It may also soften the skin and reduce itchiness. Its superpowers come from a two-letter term: pH. That stands for “potential (or power) of hydrogen” to make something either an acid or a base (alkaline). Sodium bicarbonate is an alkaline substance. When it mixes with an acid, it alters the pH level. That’s why it can quickly soothe an upset stomach or cover a bad smell
Borax (Boron)

Epsom Salt Baths for Children with Autism
