Who is Vivienne?
Owner and Natural Therapist
Meet Vivienne, the face behind the Cinergee concept. Vivienne’s extensive 44+ year history in the industry locally, on the mainland and overseas is evident in the treatment selection and her passion for health.
Being trained originally as an esthetician in a European college in Queensland in 1981, with biomed science subjects at the University of Tasmania, clinical nutrition, neuro-linguistic progamming, musculoskeletal therapies and a whole string of post-graduate courses completed both locally and overseas, her wealth of knowledge is passed on to all she meets. Vivienne, now closer to 70 than 60, still advocates for healthy living. An avid bushwalker doing the Abel’s in Tasmania, she will often put her photos up on the Cinergee socials of the beautiful places that many Tasmanias don’t get to see
Vivienne Bartle is an experienced practitioner in the beauty and wellness industry, known for her integrative, systems-based approach to skin health, ageing, and whole-body regulation.
With a career grounded in advanced skin therapy and expanded through decades of clinical observation, Vivienne works at the intersection of aesthetics, physiology, and functional wellness. Her work reflects a deep understanding that skin, lymphatic flow, digestion, nervous system balance, and metabolic health are inseparable—and that visible results come from addressing the body as an integrated whole.
Vivienne’s practice has evolved beyond conventional beauty treatments to encompass age management, lymphatic health, nervous system regulation, and functional assessment tools, including frequency-based analysis. She is particularly recognised for her ability to interpret complex patterns—whether in the skin, the lymphatic system, or broader physiological stress responses—and translate them into practical, individualised care strategies.
Her clinical focus includes:
-
Age management and skin longevity
-
Lymphatic system and drainage therapies
-
Nervous system regulation and stress-related skin conditions
-
Digestive and metabolic influences on skin health
-
Supporting clients through periods of physiological change, recovery, and resilience-building
Vivienne’s approach is both intuitive and analytical. She combines hands-on therapeutic work with careful assessment, education, and long-term planning, supporting clients not just to look better, but to function better over time.
Clients are drawn to Vivienne for her depth of knowledge, her calm and grounded manner, and her refusal to offer quick fixes. Instead, she works with the body’s natural capacity for regulation and repair—recognising that true results come from consistency, precision, and respect for individual physiology. Over the years she has developed her own massage technique called Muscle Realignment Therapy, where the focus is on having a “pain free” remedial massage that focusses on the release of connective tissue (fascia). This is where the emotional and physical trauma is held, and once released, the freedom of movement is amazing. Unfortunately, Vivienne has closed her books to new remedial massage clients.
Vivienne continues to refine her work through ongoing study, clinical experience, and close attention to emerging understandings of ageing, inflammation, and systemic health. Her practice reflects a commitment to helping clients age well, recover well, and feel supported at every stage of life.
