Who We’re Looking For
At Cinergee, we’re always on the lookout for kind, passionate people who love creating beautiful guest experiences and thrive in a calm, supportive team.
✨ Senior or Junior Beauty Therapists
Whether you’re just starting out or bringing years of experience, we value therapists who love learning new techniques, enjoy helping clients feel their best, and take pride in professional, heartfelt treatments. We are not looking for junior therapists at this time.
✨ Remedial Massage & Spa Therapists
Our spa welcomes therapists who are deeply committed to the craft of massage and bodywork — from remedial massage for real relief to nurturing spa rituals that help guests switch off completely. We love working with therapists who listen to guests and tailor treatments to their individual needs.
✨ Guest Services & Spa Receptionists
As the welcoming face of Cinergee, our reception and guest services team keep everything flowing smoothly — from warm greetings and booking magic to preparing our wellness spaces. If you’re naturally organised, friendly, and love helping people feel at ease, we’d love to meet you.
✨ Spa Managers & Team Leaders
Our Spa Managers and Team Leaders are experienced therapists themselves. The ideal Cinergee manager balances their week between guiding the team and delivering beautiful treatments. You might spend two to two and a half days managing from the desk — supporting reception, rostering, mentoring, helping guests — and two and a half to three days in the treatment room, hands-on with clients and setting the standard for care. If you’re a natural organiser and motivator who still loves working one-on-one with guests, this could be the perfect next step in your career. Our Team Leader is currently on maternity leave at present but we are looking for a Spa Manager/Guest Service team member to join us.
